I'm Abhikant, a UX designer with 8 years of experience on fintech and enterprise products. Most of my work sits at the complex end of the spectrum, multi-role platforms, legacy modernizations, compliance-heavy workflows. The kind of products where the challenge isn't making something look nice, it's making something that actually works for people who depend on it every day.
Lately I've been using AI as a regular part of how I work. Not as a gimmick, as a way to move faster through research, explore more directions early, and spend more time on the decisions that actually need careful thinking.
When I'm not in Figma, I'm usually setting up something smart at home, automating lights, tinkering with my media setup, or figuring out why one device refuses to talk to another. I find the same satisfaction in both: taking something unnecessarily complicated and making it just work.
